I have a Sony Vaio Laptop that has an Auto brightness feature that is the brightness level of the screen will always adjust automatically with light conditions around. But there may be a mistake detecting the light on my laptop so that when used outdoors during the daylight, the brightness of the screen is less, feels dim. Of course I increase brightnessnya by pressing the FN + F6 on my laptop, so comfortable in the eye. But a few moments later the screen dimmed again, it's because the auto brightness feature is active.
I am looking to disable auto brightness feature, down to Power options and turn off adaptive brightness, display settings etc. but has not solved the problem.
Apparently the final solution is simple, Laptos Sony Vaio has a Vaio Control Center application, there is a setting to enable / disable Auto brightness. ie on the Display menu.
