You may have experienced something like this when opening a Web Application that uses Java there is a warning: Application Blocked by Security setting.
If you believe the content provider is trustworthy, you can downgrade the security settings available in the Java Control Panel so that you can access the web application, and there is no warning of Application Blocked by Security setting again.
Go to Control panel and select Java, or from the Start Menu directly to the Java menu, then select Configure Java , then the Java Control Panel window will pop up .

Lower the Security level to the Medium position
