How to change product key / serial in MS Office 2010

For the purposes of activation or indeed you have the need to replace the product key Microsoft Office 2010, how:

• Open / run MS Office (Ms Word or Excel).
• Go to File Menu,
• then select Help
• Choose Change Product Key
• Enter Product key


Or if not in the above way:

• Go to Control Panel, choose Add Remove Program, or Program and Features.
(for Windows 8, from Start Screen type the program and features it will show Program and Features menu)

• Highlight / select on Microsoft Office and then select Change .

• Select Enter a Product Key , then click Continue 

• Enter the Product key.
