How to Change Icon Size in Windows 8

Maybe you've experienced the size of icons / icons on the Desktop or in the file explorer Windows 8 computer you change the size when you do not feel change it, the answer is in the text below.

In Windows 8, to change the size of either icon in desktop mode, Metro UI (user interface), or in Windows Explorer, the way is by using the Ctrl / Control key combination on the keyboard with Scroll in the Mouse.



How to Resize Icon in Windows 8 Desktop Mode 

Select / select some or all of the icons on the desktop screen 
Press and hold Ctrl (control) then move the scroll on the mouse forward or backward depending on whether you want to zoom in or out the icon. 

How to Resize Icon in Windows UI Windows 8 

To switch from Desktop mode to metro user interface, press the Windows key / logo on the keyboard. 
Similar to desktop mode to resize the icon, press and hold Ctrl and then move the scrollbutton on the mouse. The difference in this UI metro does not need to sellect or select the icon first. 


Resize the icon in Windows explorer 

Just like the metro UI, to change the size of the icon in the file explorer, can directly use ctrl + scroll without having to select the file first. 

When you do not feel shrink or enlarge icon, chances are you accidentally pressed ctrl and scroll.
