The iPhone screen is small, but fun to run on Windows via remote desktop (RDP), the small object view can be fixed with zoom-in so it looks big.
To be able to Remote desktop Windows from iPhone the requirement is:
1. Windows computer (desktop, laptop or netbook) and iPhone connected to the same Wifi . For example at home there is a wifi internet connection A, laptop connects to wifi A, iPhone connects to wifi A, then between laptop and iPhone are connected in one network.
2. On the Computer or laptop must be enabled remote access access and setting permissions who the remote user can access.
3. If Windows firewall is active, it should be given exception for remote desktop, or better to temporarily turn off the firewall to facilitate remote desktop setting.
4. On iPhone must be installed Windows remote desktop application that can be downloaded through App Store.
Enable remote desktop access in Windows
(In the example using Windows 8, for other Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012 in principle the same, just different appearance only)
• Right click on Computer menu, then click on Properties
• Select Remote Setting
• Select Remote tab
• Click on Allow remote connection to this computer
• Click on Select User to set or grant which user rights to access
• For users who are already members of administrators do not need to be re-entered (already have remote permissions even if not included)
• Click Apply / click OK
The above step is to enable remote access, so that the computer can be remote desktop.

To turn firewall off / off:
• Go to Control Panel , then select Windows Firewall .
• Select Turn Windows Firewall on or off
• Select Turn off Windows Firewall
The next step is to know the IP (internet protocol) computer address, this IP address will be used as an address to be addressed by the iPhone when the remote desktop.
• Connect your Laptop / computer to Wifi
To find out IP address one way is by typing ipconfig in Command prompt.
To enter Comand Prompt, by pressing Windows + R (Windows logo and R), then type CMD , then click OK or press Enter.
• After the Command Prompt screen appears, type ipconfig then press Enter
Look at IPv4 Address, in the example IP address is 192.168.2.110
The next step is to install Windows Remote Desktop app on iPhone
On the iPhone go to the App Store, then search the remote application with the remote desktop WIndows keyword . There will be many results, select App Remote desktop as in the capture below.
• Then install the Remote Desktop app.
• Once installed, run the application (look for Icon like capture image above, app name is RD Client ), do not forget to connect using wifi (same wifi used by laptop).
• Before you can remotely, we must first enter the address of the computer to be diremote, username and password in accordance with the existing / registered in the computer.
• Select Add Remote Desktop
• In PC name type the IP address, in the example filled with 192.168.2.110 according to the IP data obtained in the previous step / step above.
• In the User name type the computer name followed by the user name, (spliced using \), in the example the name of the computer is DP and the user name is ds, written to DP \ ds . Customize your computer and user name.
• (To know the computer name in Wndows, right-click on Computer , then select Properties , then look at Computer name , where the computer name is shown).
• After you finish setting do not forget to select Save to save configuration.
• To start remotely, tap on the IP Address that has been set earlier, if no problem session computer will move to iPhone.
