To run Command Prompt / Command line as Administrator in Windows 10:
1. Click on the Search icon.
2. Type the word command.
3. Will appear the search results on the top of the Command Prompt.
4. Right click on Command Prompt then select Run as administrator.
5. Will appear warning Do you want to allow this app to make changes your PC?
select Yes. Then the Command prompt screen will appear with administrator privileges.
