You can reopen a previously opened website or blog without an internet connection using the offline work mode. This is very helpful when your internet connection is limited (not always there), by first opening the pages of the website when the computer / laptop is connected to the internet, and then opened / re-read when not connected to the Internet.
In the Google Chrome browser to enable offline work mode this is how to write (copy & paste) the address bar of the following code:
chrome: // flags / # enable-offline-mode
then press Enter.

Click on Enable to enable offline mode
Now try to open one page of website / blog by connect to the internet, after the page is full then close browser, disconnect internet connection, then reopen the page without internet connection, then the page will open.
