When going to install an app or make a purchase via the App Store or iTunes Store for iPhone, iPad or other Apple devices then appears warning This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the iTunes Store ... ,

To fix this then you should reset your Apple ID , country or region account, payment method, and agree to Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy.
How to Setting (iOS 7)
Go to the Settings menu
Then Tap / touch on iTunes & App Store

Choose your Apple ID

Tap on the Apple ID View

Enter your Apple ID password

Tap on Change Country or Region

Select Indonesia, then tap Next

Tap on Agree


Choose a payment method, (I choose none ), then tap Next.

If successful then there will be a description of Your Apple ID is now ready to use with the iTunes Store .

Now try re-install the app that previously could not.
