All you have to do is set your smartphone or Android tab on the Google Settings menu, which is on Android Device Manager .
After Android setting then we can access it through Internet Browser from wherever we are.
Access by address: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
Use your Google account to activate and use this Android Device Manager feature, if you have activated your Gmail account or Sign-in to Google Play then you can start setting up smartphone or tab for the need if one day forgot to save or Android you steal .
The first step is to enable Location Access for GPS settings and Acess to My Locationsettings . This setting is intended that if one day your Smartphone or Tab is lost, it will be known location.
In the capture example, I use Android 4.4 Kitkat. For other Android menus and the term is not much different you can definitely follow it.
Go to the Settings menu
Give a checklist on Access to my location , run GPS Satellite, check the Wifi & mobile network location .
Then next is setting on Android Device Manager
Tap / touch on the Apps icon, then find the Google Settings icon, tap if you've found
Tap on Location , then give check / check on Access Location
Then select Android Device Manager
Check the Remotely locate this device and the Allow remote lock and erase
Setting on Android device is finished, now we try to access it via Internetdengan using Laptop or computer or other tablets which of course connected to the internet.
Run Browser, open the address:
https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
Enter your Google Username and password, according to the one used on the smartphone in the above steps.
Then your Device / smartphone will show up and map the location.
Will appear 3 (three) options: Ring, Lock and Erase
Ring: Device or smartphone will sound, so if you forget you can immediately know where to save it
Lock: Locks the device using a remote password, so others can not use it if the smartphone or tab is moved or in the hands of others. In this option you can also write a message, eg "please return my tab to .." and so on.
Erase: Be careful with this option, as it will erase your data and reset Android. Only done when the device is completely lost, to avoid misuse of your data.
