How to capture or take music / audio from a Video whether it is a video residing on the computer (offline) or online video from a video streaming site or from a video sharing site.
Easy way and good result (good quality) that can use software or application called Audacity, that is software for audio / music editing.

• Once downloaded and installed, run the application.
• Because the purpose of recording / retrieving audio from a video, for existing computer microphonenya (laptop generally have microphonenya) then the microphonenya better be disable so that the sounds around do not come / not participate recorded.
To disable microphone On tray icon right click on logo / speaker icon.
Then select / click Recording devices.
• Right click on Microphone, then select Disable. click Apply, click OK.
• Run the Audacity app.
• Open and Run Video to be taken audio. (Video from internet or from local Harddisk / DVD).
• Click on the Record icon to start recording audio.
If an error can not record, change / select Audio-Host to Windows WASAPI.
• Click on the stop icon to stop recording.
• To save the result to MP3 format, from the File menu choose Export Audio.
• For the first time save to mp3 format, must first download the library file for the encoder lame_enc.dll file, please follow the wizard.
This way not only for taking / recording sound from video, but also for other audio that comes out of the sound card, such as sound from games, online radio, etc.
